Introductions

Getting to know you, your business, the challenges it faces and your objectives, is central to establishing a firm foundation on which to build our relationship.

Brief

This is the most crucial element of the entire design process. All future decisions are based on a clear understanding of your objectives.

We will help define the project and discuss available formats, sizes and output options, as well as agree on budget allocation for the project.

Understanding & Research

By understanding your target audience and analysing the market presence of your competitors, we will be able to help define various opportunities and priorities for the project. This will include identifying your core values, and the vision of what you are trying to achieve.

Brainstorming

This is the fun bit, when no idea is a silly idea and anything goes. Two mad ideas can collide and create unexpected magical results. Mostly this is done in-house, but on occasions you may be invited to become involved. 

Strategy

Having gained an understanding of your brand proposition and unique selling points, we formulate a marketing communications action plan and associate it with an achievable timeline. We ensure that this will fulfil your business objectives and fits within your budget allocation.

Visual Positioning

What sets you apart from your competitors to make your customers come to you? We use creativity and intelligent marketing to distinguish your brand.

Design Concept

Taking everything we have learnt about your company and the project in hand, we create a concept that we think fits the bill. We like to explore new and creative concepts that you certainly won't find anywhere else.

Design Refinement

Following any final amendments, the chosen concept is refined and presented to you in its complete format. This is then signed-off ready to be applied across the medium of choice.

Roll Out

Your design is rolled out across all areas of the project, meeting any timescale deadlines that have been allocated within your strategy.
