JH Price & Sons Showhouse Videos

Having an online presence has been a huge success for local property devleloper, JH Price and Sons. We launched his website back in 2010 and the traffic to it has increased significantly, with a mix of press, TV and outdoor advertising driving people to it.

With show house openings being a bit hit or miss in terms of telling people and the time suiting everyone, we decided it would be best to make use of the increase in traffic to the site by bringing the show house to them! We now have a selection of videos on the site to show people the quality of the build and finish in these new turn-key properties. Using a mix of still and video images, potential buyers can now see exactly what they are getting for their money from the comfort of their own home.

It has already been hugely successful, with enquiries and house sales on the increase!
