Velvet Boutique

Upon referral, Velvet contacted us to help communicate with the existing customers and also attract new customers.

Located in an upmarket area of Belfast, their ideal customer was right on their doorstep but they required some direction in finding the best way to communicate with them. Working with the owner of the boutique, we have identified her most successful clothing ranges and taken them directly to the customer. The inclusion of e-mail marketing has allowed Velvet to update customers on new arrivals, latest trends and invite them to pre-launch events they regularly host.
